HUMAN INTEREST
HIGHLIGHTS In her national softball career with the Quebec Rebelles, Marin participated in 3 Canadian Championships and was named the MVP in 2001 and 2002. She was also selected to the all-star team in 2001 and 2003. Marin received the Claudette Bergeron Trophy awarded to the Female Athlete of the Year in 2000 and 2001.
PERSONAL Marin is a Health and Physical Education graduate (2007) of the University Minnesota - Duluth where she was attending on a hockey scholarship. She led her team in goals, assists and points in 2006-2007, leading the team to the NCAA Championships game where they lost to Wisconsin. Marin has also been a member of the National Women's Under 22 Canadian Hockey Team.
