Question: Can a SP player wear a hankerchief on their head or a bandana?
 
Rule: No. Hankerchiefs or bandanas are not headbands and cannot be worn. Headbands are legal in all female games. A headband must be a one piece band. Anything that must be tied is not considered a headband. Female team members are not required to wear a cap but may wear a headband, visors, caps or any combination of those items but each type must be the same in colour and style. No plastic or hard visors are allowed.  Rule 3-8a2
 
Note: If a person wears religious head covering and apparel similar to a hankerchief it is legal. Rule 3-8 Exception
