Registration is now open!

Registration Fees 
    Early bird Rate
       $160.00 - until February 12th, 2012 at 4:30 pm PST.
   Regular Rate
       $175.00 - after February 12th, 2012 at 4:30 pm PST.
   Group Rate
       If register more than 5 coaches, $150.00 - until February 12th, 2012 at 4:30 pm PST.
 
Registration fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the conference. Payments will not be accepted on site.

Your registration can be voided with a refund minus a $50 CDN administration fee OR you can choose to assign your spot to someone else from your company/organization. Cancellations made after February 12th, 2012 will not be eligible for a refund.
 
 
Refund/Cancellation Policy:
 
If you are unable to attend the Conference after having already registered, please contact Sarah Tavares at Softball BC (programcoordinator@softball.bc.ca or 613-531-0044).

Dress Code

The symposium dress code is business casual or casual (sport or team attire, denim, etc.) for all sessions. Attendees are encouraged to wear red on Saturday, March 3rd to show Canadian pride!
