2012 ISCS Headliners:

Mark Smith, Softball Canada’s Senior Women’s National Team Head Coach, will be presenting on such topics as optimizing your practice, player evaluation and selection and what it takes to be a good coach.

Dave Paetkau, Softball Canada’s Senior Women’s National Team Assistant Coach, will be presenting on his speciality of hitting.

Cindy Bristow, former International Softball Federation Director of Development and current owner of Softball Excellence, will present on making your players ‘gamers’, how to deal with the different skill levels on your team, and her favourite drills and how to design drills.

Richard Way, Canadian Sport for Life expert, will present on Tiering in Sport.
