Game 24 of the 2011 Senior Mens Fastball Championships featured Newfoundland [6-0] vs New Brunswick [3-3] with Newfoundland winning the game 15-0.

 

Lee Cose recorded the victory going 5 innings gave up 3 hits 0 runs and struck out 5. Donnelly Archibald took the loss for New Brunswick going 3.2 innings giving up 7 hits 7 runs and struck out 5. Brian Newton came in relief giving up 5 hits 8 runs and 1 strikeout.

 

Mark Lewis had 2 homeruns and 6 RBI. Jason Hill, Shane Boland, and Brad Ezekiel had homeruns aswell in the victory.

 

With the wiin Newfoundland finishes the round robin 7-0 and will be in 1st place overall and play Friday at 6pm vs the 4th place finishing team. The loss gives New Brunswick a 3-4 record and will most likely be playing on Saturday at some point.
